1、自我介紹不要太短，更不要太長，重點要突出，要有中心思想。也就是在面試前，對應聘的企業(yè)的文化、產品、崗位需要的技能做一定的了解，最好和面試考官見面時，根據自己的閱歷，對考官的傾向做一個判斷，然后組織好自己的語言，在介紹時，通過描述，塑造自己在別人心目中的印象，比如應聘文員，你需要判斷那個崗位需要的是細心、有熱情、文字功底強等等，你就需要在自我介紹中主要介紹你這方面的能力和成績，不要想著一個介紹從自己小學開始一直講到大學畢業(yè)。
2、介紹最后需要總結一下，更強調你與這個崗位的符合性，比如“我認為我在文字功底方面的能力很強，也有相關的'經驗和良好的成績，我非常符合您的崗位要求”，這樣不僅是繼續(xù)提醒考官注意你這方面的能力，也表達出了你非常好的自信和加入公司的興趣。
3、介紹切勿有一句答一句，有些面試者惜字如金，有一句答一句，考官面試沒多久就會失去興趣，但是也切勿滔滔不絕，會讓人產生，你的理解能力有問題，和不切實際、浮躁的印象。
4、準備好了面試介紹，最好找你熟悉的人練習下，這樣多練習幾次，不僅會減少你的緊張，而且也會得到一些建議。比如我在mba面試的過程中，提前已經知道需要在3分鐘內介紹下自己，我提前做了草稿，但是寫在紙上是很流利的，自己介紹時不通暢，所以我專門練習了10次，不斷修改，減少了一些次要的描述，保證在3分鐘內能給人留下比較好的印象。
